New clients receive $20 off their first Luxe Sets appointment. The booking fee is separate and is deducted from the final service total.

A non-refundable $20 booking fee is required to secure your appointment and is deducted from your final total. Your appointment is not confirmed until payment is received.

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations incur a $25 fee and no-shows are charged 50% of the booked service.

Arrivals over 10 minutes late incur a $10 fee. After 20 minutes, the appointment is cancelled.

Services are non-refundable. Concerns must be reported within 48 hours. A touch-up may be offered where appropriate, and free removal may be provided if a reaction occurs.

Please arrive with clean lashes or nails and disclose any relevant allergies or sensitivities before the appointment. Luxe Sets reserves the right to refuse service where necessary.
