Gel-X sets are removed and replaced rather than infilled, generally after 2–3 weeks. If removal is needed, select it when booking your new nail set.

Bookings & Deposits

A non-refundable $20 booking fee is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from your total.

Cancellations & No-Shows

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations incur a $25 fee and no-shows are charged 50% of the booked service.

Late Arrivals

Arrivals over 10 minutes late incur a $10 fee. After 20 minutes, the appointment will be cancelled.

Appointments

Please arrive with clean lashes or nails. We reserve the right to refuse service where necessary.

Refunds

All services are non-refundable. Concerns must be raised within 48 hours. A fix may be offered where appropriate.

Health & Aftercare

Clients must disclose allergies or sensitivities prior to their appointment. Aftercare instructions must be followed.
